These two bewitching doll faced rappers, 22 year old cousins, Ashley "Bonnie" Best and Angelique "Kanarie" Johnson, are here to deliver what the game's been missing & sweeten the bland taste that both female rappers and hip-hop as a whole has been giving! -Bonnie -Kanarie The girls who have been writing music since the early ages of 9, feel as if it's their time & they're set to brand the world with the H N D B logo. After spending many years behind the scenes watching & admiring all of The A'z tenacious drive & dedication, the girls felt it was time to display their talents, and one late September night in 2006 they got their shot when they generated & preformed 2 hot 16's for their motivating forces, The A'z!

Honey n Da Bank: Our individual names are Bonnie & Kanarie Urbansteez.com: How did you come up with your name ( Honey N Da Bank)? Honey n Da Bank: Our name originated from our brothers The A'z, They came up with the concept because they feel as if we are sweet but we are about our money so that's Honey N Da Bank! Urbansteez.com: I see... How long have you two been pursuing a career in the music industry? Honey n Da Bank: Music has always been apart of our being, We never seen ourselves doing anything outside the music industry! Urbansteez.com: What were you into before pursuing a career in music? Honey n Da Bank: There's nothing before this... That was another lifetime and we can't recall just what it is that took place then. Urbansteez.com: As artists how would you describe your sound and why? Honey n Da Bank: We're like nothing anyone has ever heard but everything you've ever wanted to hear because we go against the grain and follow our own minds! Urbansteez.com: If you had your pick which label to be signed to, which label would it be and why? Honey n Da Bank: Our own label due to the fact that it would be a reflection of us & we wouldn't have to give up any of our profits! Urbansteez.com: That's wassup!! Who in your future would you want to collaborate with and why? Honey n Da Bank: anybody who is as talented and determined as us! Urbansteez.com: What are you working on now, and when can we expect to hear more of you? Honey n Da Bank: At this moment we are putting the finishing touches on our Mixtape "Valley Of Tha Dolls". Urbansteez.com: "Valley of the dolls", for some reason sounds scary, I like that Space tape idea, it's a good look!! "Valley of the dolls" this summer, people go get at that!!! What do you think about the hip hop game today? Honey n Da Bank: We think that it is extremely dehydrated and we are the tall glass of water that it needs! Ya Ya Yaaaaa DiG?!?
