Amanda Mandii Was Born On July 20th In The Bronx, New York, To A Mother Of Jamaican Descent & A Father Of Cuban Descent. She Is The Eldest Of One Other Sibling. She Was Raised In Upstate, New York For Most Of Her Childhood & Adolescents. Amanda Always Seemed To Be Involved In Any Kind Of Fashion Shows Or Modeling Events She Could Get, During Her High School Years When She First Started To Model She Studied and Took Up Acting and Modeling Classes At John Robert Powers Acting & Modeling School In New York City. Shortly After Amanda Started To Succeed In Modeling and Many Saw Potential In Her As An Up & Coming Model Someday, That's When Things Started To Really Take Off For Her. Amanda Is Currently A College Student Who's Majoring In Mass Communications With a Minor Of Sociology. After She Graduates She Hopes To Be On Television Or Become A Radio Personality. Amanda's Goals In This Industry Are To Stayed Focused Despite The Many Distractions That Will Be Thrown Her Way, & To Eventually Play Her Hand In Some Acting. Urban Steez: Tell everybody your name and where you are from?

My Name is Amanda Mandii, I'm Originally From The Bronx, NY But Now Reside In Westchester County, NY.

Urban Steez: How long have you been modeling?

Amanda: I Started Modeling When I Was Younger In My Early Teens, People Kept telling My Mother "She's Beautiful, She Looks Like a Model & Has The Height To Model." So That's How I First Started Out, & I Began Doing Glamour When I Turned 18.

Urban Steez: Did you always want to be a model or was it just something that you stumbled upon?

Amanda: (Laughs) No I've always had an interest in modeling but never took it Seriously, I looked up to women like Naomi Campbell & Tyra Banks, even though there internationally known super models who do fashion, I've always admire them!

Urban Steez: That’s wassup! What would you say is your best feature and why?

Amanda: Hmm... that's easy my smile & my lips, Oh Gosh I Love My Lips! (laughs).

Urban Steez: Lol…okay, okay! What do guys say is your best feature?

Amanda: Hmm... They All Say Something Different, So That's a Little Hard To Answer.

Urban Steez: What is your ultimate goal in life?

Amanda: Damn, I know this sounds like what everyone else might say, but my ultimate goal in life is really to be successful in whatever it is I decide to do, I want to be recognized for doing something positive & make the people who thought I wouldn't amount to anything proud!

Urban Steez: I heard that… What are your hobbies?

Amanda: Without a doubt modeling, & then doing my radio show, Its definitely something I enjoy doing. Check it out sometime Tuesday nights 8-10 PM on www.Crowdmoverzradio.com.

Urban Steez: Imma have to check that out and see what’s the word. In your opinion what are the negatives and positives of modeling?

Amanda: In the Glamour Modeling World, there are definitely a lot of negatives rather than positives, Which sucks but that's just how it is. People associate all Glamour Models to be video hoes or Vixens & That’s Not Always True, I kind of wish I could change that stereotype but I know I cant. A woman should be able to be sexy & still remain intelligent in my book, but people don't see it that way, they look down on them for exposing their bodies.

Urban Steez: Yea but I think it can change, it would just have to be a collective effort among females in the modeling community, but we can go all day with that lol. Name one nasty habit you have without scaring the readers lol?

Amanda: Ok so I have a dirty little mouth, I tend not to censor what I say sometimes (Laughs) and at times that can make me look bad or look like I have no home training. But I'm really very sweet I swear (Laughs). Its a Nasty Habit That I'm Working On Fixing.

Urban Steez: Very Sweet huh lol… Suuure! What would it take for a guy to win your heart?

Amanda: INTELLIGENCE IS A MUST You have to be able to hold an intelligent conversation with me, If Not DON'T EVEN STEP TO ME (Laughs) I hope every guy would use a is different tactic to win my heart, Doing the same thing as the next dude is wack in my book, Originality is Always Good. But seriously a guy who doesn't want anything from me who can be a friend First, then be my Lover, who I can depend on for honesty, someone to have a Good Time with, Rocks My Socks In Bed (Laughs), and very importantly a guy who can KEEP MY ATTENTION I get bored very easily, and once that happens its a wrap.

Urban Steez: Lol Damn you broke it down! Any advice you want to give to people in your position or things you may have learned in the process of becoming model?

Amanda: Oh My, (Laughs). Be extremely careful who you decide to get in a contract with not everyone is legit and that could mess you up in the long run, its ok to be eager about wanting to model but check out all the ground work first so your not scammed, many young women and girls are. Just do your research with who you’re working with. DO NOT fraternize with whom you are working with. It can very well be your downfall. Stay focused on what you are there to do and only that.

Urban Steez: If you had to pick the ultimate photo shoot what and where would it be?

Amanda: Believe it or not I would love to be featured and do a photo shoot for Playboy Magazine, and do it somewhere very exotic so when the photos come out you say " I Wonder Where She Shot These." (Laughs).

Urban Steez: Playboy… ? You naaaasty lol J/k … Any pet peeves?

Amanda: It annoys me when an individual does not know how to pronounce or spell a word properly, I don't understand it at all, ignorance is bliss. It also irritates me when a male or female try and act like they're doing something MAJOR and got all this money when they know they’re really fronting, I don't respect that at all, Just Keep It Real.. If you don't have it, you don't have it. POINT BLANK! Just Don't Try and act Like You Do. For some reason I tend to always run into people like that. I think its Funny (Laughs).

Urban Steez: Damn I see!! Lol you went hard on them “Fake it to you make it's” ! (Geeesh) Being from LA , you see that alot, pockets be hurt but they will still try to sell it... Lol!  So what music do you have is in your sound system right now?

Amanda: I listen to a little bit of everything, but Maxwell at the moment. His new album Is BOMB!, I Love Neo-Soul, Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B, Pop & Some Rock n Roll Music.

Urban Steez: Yessir, Maxwell is very official! Being that your hot and you attract a lot of thirsty males, give us males ONE of your major NO NO’s?

Amanda: Disrespectful Guys, I'm not into that one bit and I don't tolerate it! They think because of the photo's I take and the type of modeling that I do that I don't respect myself. So to those who thinks that its okay to disrespect me, Nah Bro Not At All. I have much respect for myself and my body.. I Just Rather Take Sexy Images.

Urban Steez: I can dig that! Any celebrity crushes?

Amanda: Ahh.. Yes a Couple Actually (Laughs) But To Name One, I'm Currently Crushing On Actor Mehcad Brooks   From The HBO Series "True Blood" He's a Chocolate God,  But The Rest I'll Never Tell (Laughs).
