From one of our favorite films here at Urban Steez comes CB4, a classic rap parody about the state of  Hip Hop and urban music of the early 90's.  Here is a classic scene of flamboyant pop artist WACKY D.  With his signature dance moves, the film was clearly mocking MC HAMMER, with trademark Hammer pants and all. "Dance in my pants, and then dance in yourrr face!"
