I'm proud of this young lady. Uzoy's got a lot of talent and I am truly inspired by her music, determination and positive attitude. Lyrically, she has what hip-hop desperately needs today, ESPECIALLY concerning female emcees. This is an artist that I could definitely see female hip-hop pioneers like Lauryn Hill, Queen Latifah and MC Lyte vouching for in the future. Coming from a TOUGH critic and "true school" hip-hop junkie like myself, she definitely gets my stamp of approval. Bottom line.... Uzoy is refreshing!!!
