A New York Native from Queens, Kandys’ sound is distinguished with up-tempo hooks and lyrics as if she was a crossbreed between Missy Elliott, Ciara, Gwen Stefani and the Pussy Cat Dolls through Dance, House, Techno, Reggae, Rock and Pop-like tracks. She likes to refer to her sound as “glamorously alternatively Hip Hop.” Kandys had the privilege of opening for artists such as: Teyana Taylor, Mickey Factz, and Unique. Kandys is currently working on new music.
