Ecuadorian Beauty Jessenia Vice was born and raised in New Jersey. Jessenia, never imagined becoming a model, instead dreamt of working in the medical field. Creating a myspace page brought many photographers her way, but Jessenia brushed it off for almost 3 years during a time in which she was working at the ER as an LPN nurse. It wasn’t until last summer when the Ecuadorian beauty decided to give modeling a shot and began juggling the two.

So far the modeling world has been good, She achieved things she never dreamed of. Jessenia has since been published in magazines such as the cover of Bactchlor Magazine 08, featured in GIRLS of Lowrider 09, Straight Stuntin 09, and recently been on national television with Tyra Banks and Kim Kardashian. Jessenia’s attitude with modeling is to have fun and to help others build their portfolio. Be on the look out for Miss Jessenia Vice as she makes her mark on the modeling world and becomes a household name.

Urban Steez: Tell everybody your name and where you are from?

JV: My name Jessenia Vice and I’m from Jersey

Urban Steez: How long have you been modeling?

JV: I started modeling last summer and been juggling it with my nursing.

Urban Steez: You move fast! Did you always want to be a model or was it just something that you stumbled upon?

JV: Becoming a model was never something I imagined myself capable of doing, but it was something that kept knocking on my door for several years before I finally gave it a try. What once seemed to be a hobby, grew into something much bigger than I could have thought possible.

Urban Steez: So How was the whole Tyra Banks and Kim Kardashian experience? I would have picked you too by the way lol!

JV: I don’t want to call it a “once in a lifetime experience,” because I hope and look forward to many more to come, but I will call it a highlight in my modeling career. To stand next an iconic model figure and powerful woman such as Tyra was an honor. To be crowned with the title of “Queen of the Kim’s” was a compliment beyond any other praises I have gotten. When I watch the clip online I still get goose bumps and when I catch a re-run on TV my stomach still gets butterflies!

Urban Steez: That’s Wassup! What would you say is your best feature and why?

JV: Your going to laugh at this one, but personally I would say my eyebrows! I like the shape, thickness and arch.

Urban Steez: Lol yea I NEVER heard a dude say.. “ Damn, check out her Eyebrows, that chic is badd” … But truth be told eye brows do have a lot to do with beauty. What do guys say is your best feature?

JV: I get told I have nice thighs and butt. Something I thank my dad for, I call them  “soccer legs.”

Urban Steez: “Soccer Legs” is a new one I usually call them track thighs, whatever the case is it’s a good look …  What would you say is your ultimate goal in life?

JV: My ultimate life long goal would be settling down, having a family of my own and being the best mother and wife I can be.

Urban Steez: Sounds Good! What are your hobbies, things you love to do?

JV: I love to draw, paint, write and sing. Artistic traits I gather from my father who happens to be a very talented man.

Urban Steez: I can tell you are a “Daddy’s Girl”… In your opinion what are the negatives and positives of modeling?

JV: The positive aspects in modeling is meeting a variety of talented people and creating images I like to consider art, whether it be beauty or glamour the final product is that of a team of people collaborating ideas and work. The negative aspect is modeling is that there are way too many greedy people who want to get noticed by manipulating others and taking the easy way out. I put in sweat and time lack of sleep in managing my work, so everything I do is through my own efforts.

Urban Steez: Nice, I likes! Name one nasty habit you have without caring the readers lol?

JV: Okay are you ready? I like poping zits. Alot of people are suprised by this becuase they look at my skin, blemish free and healthy, and wonder how its possible. I tell them its good genes LOL

Urban Steez: Ewww a ZIT POPPER , lol who would have guessed! J/k Soooo what would it take for a guy to win your heart?

JV: A guy needs to be both masculine and sensitive. But he needs to know how to balance it just right, I cannot stand machismo nor can I tolerate a man without a backbone.

Urban Steez: Fair enough! Any advice you want to give to people in your position or things you may have learned in the process of becoming model?

JV: My advice would be don't let modeling be the only thing you spend your time on because you want to make it big, you’re only cheating yourself from the time you can spend at school or work.  The industry has its shares of good people and bad, the only person who should be looking out for your best interest is yourself, don’t rely on others to do all the hard work for you because they could in turn be using you. The last thing I'd like to say to future new comers is to have fun with it and to take it day by day.

Urban Steez: Well Said,, you got it all out there, nice. If you had to pick the ultimate photo shoot what and where would it be?

JV: Wow that's a good question! Hmmm.....it would be in Africa laying amongst a family of lions!

Urban Steez: Dangerous, but that’s wassup! Lol one thing is for sure you would be one of the few with that shoot under your belt…Any pet peeves?

JV: I can not stand people who are egocentric and superfical. People who think they are better then others and who expect to be treated as royalty. To me that's just ignorant!

Urban Steez: Amen to that! What music do you have is in your sound system right now?

JV: As of now I have Beyonce's album. I admire her not just as an artist and performer but as a women. I love what she did for Taylor Swift at the VMA's, its part of her Virgoism, I would know because I'm also a Virgo.

Urban Steez: Figures lol! Beyonce is definitely a diva. Being that you’re hot and you attract a lot of thirsty males, give us males ONE of your major NO NO’s?

JV: It take a lot of courage for a guy to approach any woman so if your going to come up at me you better come at me correctly! One of my major NO NO's is when a man is looking more at my chest then he is my eyes! What's worse is when a guy feels he can be touchy, OH HELLS TO THE NO!

Urban Steez: LMAO I see! Stay with me Jessenia, I don't want to lose ya lol …Any celebrity crushes?

JV: Reggie Bush is probably one of the sexiest men out there. What's best is he exhibits what I look for in a man! In fact he's a perfect example of what I mean in regards to being masculine and sensitive: the perfect balance.
